EU regulators announced the launch of Qualcomm 's dual investigation to determine whether a violation of the EU Qualcomm antitrust laws.
On the one hand, the European Commission said Qualcomm's pricing strategy will investigate to determine whether the high pass through below-cost pricing to squeeze competitors.
